Five generations of heritage and trust brought us here to this line as we tell you our story.
It all began in the 1960s when an antique enthusiast Mahaveer Ji Dhaddha from Jaipur, India moved to Udaipur and gave a start to what was going to be a very special journey for generations to come.
Today, Gem Arts Emporium is a family of jewellers who bring the traditional art of Indian jewellery making and fresh contemporary thinking to the same table. What binds us together is the intention to create quality – our most valuable inheritance.
For us, the definition of a good jeweller is simple. He can touch a stone and know all there is to know about it – its authenticity, its value, the side-stones it can rhyme with, the details that the eyes miss, the ones they don’t and the final shape and form that can go on and on and still look like poetry.
And as simple as it may read, the world of jewellery is an obscure one. Customers, in a way, are like children who are fascinated by the looks of something but are less known to the quality and nuances of it. It is then our job to make you aware about the authenticity of each piece, each stone, and each little detail.
We would be happy if you visit us once but wouldn’t it be amazing if you remember us in your conversations and come back because of this feeling called trust.
